6 apples, peeled, cored & diced
2 eggs
1 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, then pour into a greased 9"x13" pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
