SPANISH RICE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, cut up
1 sm. bell pepper, cut up
1 can stewed tomatoes
Dash of Lea & Perrins sauce
Salt and pepper
Grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat; drain off oil. Add vegetables. Saute until tender. Add water and rice. Cover and cook until rice is done. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Serve.
