SPANISH SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. sweet sausage
8 oz. thin egg noodles (cook as directed)
1/2 c. diced onions and peppers (green)
1 lg. (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (mash)

Cook noodles. Brown sausage (crumble casing off). Saute onions and peppers. Drain noodles. Drain sausage.

Combine all ingredients into casserole dish. Season to taste. Bake (covered) 350 degrees 1/2 hour. (May double recipe if desired.) Serve with salad or cole slaw and dinner rolls.
