SPANISH RICE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 med. onion
1 med. pepper (sweet green bell)
3 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. rice

Brown hamburger meat in skillet. Chop onion and bell pepper, put in pan with hamburger meat; let simmer about 10 or 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, water, chili powders, Worcestershire sauce. Add salt to taste. Stir in rice and cover pan, let simmer on low heat 5 to 10 minutes longer. I use Minute Rice.
