CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage, chopped raw
1 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. uncooked rice
2 cans tomato soup
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Season All salt (or any spices you choose)
Water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take the chopped cabbage and put into a casserole dish that has been greased with butter. Just layer in bottom of the dish. Stir fry the ground chuck and onions together until brown and drain grease. Pour rice into beef and onions and stir. (Mixture should be well mixed but rice will not be cooked.) Add pepper and salt.

Layer beef/rice mixture over the cabbage. Take the two cans of soup and mix with enough water to spread over beef mixture. Fill casserole dish with water to soup line and put in oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
