CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 can tomato sauce
1 can Rotel tomatoes
3/4 c. water
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. raw rice
1/2 head cabbage
1 c. bell pepper

Brown meat, add salt, pepper, red pepper to taste. Add onions and bell pepper. Cook. Add tomato sauce, rice, cabbage. Put in baking dish. Add water and pour Rotel with juice over dish. Do not stir. Cover. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
