CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1/2 c. rice
1 c. tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 onion
Salt and pepper to taste

In skillet brown meat. Add onion and drain. Add rice, salt and pepper. Grease casserole dish. Add cut up cabbage in dish. Put meat over cabbage. Add soup and water together, bring to boil. Pour over meat and cabbage. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir once or twice while baking.
