CABBAGE BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. rice
1 can tomato soup
2 c. V-8 or tomato juice
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cut cabbage in medium pieces and place in greased baking pan. Brown meats and onion together. Stir in rice and spoon over cabbage. Heat tomato soup and juice. Pour over meat. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
