BEEF CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 average head of shredded cabbage
4 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. tomato juice
1/8 tsp. cloves

Brown meat and drain off fat. Add sauce, juice, salt, pepper, cinnamon and cloves. Cook cabbage until slightly done. Alternate layer of cabbage and meat in casserole and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
