CABBAGE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Buttered bread crumbs
1 can mushroom soup

In a small amount of water, steam coarsely sliced cabbage until tender; drain. Brown meat in butter. Mix with cabbage. Combine sour cream and salt and pepper. Stir in cabbage meat and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
