1 cjp olive oil 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 3 to 5 cloves garlic, minced 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese salt and pepper, to taste Whisk together vinegar, garlic and grated cheese. Gradually add the olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. | |
