EASY APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 apples, pared and sliced

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, and salad oil. Beat 5 minutes. Pour half of batter in greased 10-inch tube pan. Put half of the apple slices on top. Sprinkle with half of combined mixture of nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Cover with remaining batter, add remaining apples and top with sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
