HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
16 oz. can sliced pineapple
1 jar apple rings
Green & red cherries
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sherry
16 oz. can peach halves
16 oz. can apricot halves
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter

Drain all fruit well. Arrange attractively in casserole dish. Mix flour, brown sugar, butter and sherry until blended and free of lumps. Pour over fruit and bake at 350 degrees until liquid bubbles and fruit is hot. Serves 10.
