HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
2 c. pineapple chunk, drained
2 c. sliced peaches, drained
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
1 c. fruit juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add juice. Cook until thickened. In baking dish, alternate fruit and thickening a layer at a time. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Good with ham.
