BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onions

Cook rice and drain (don't over cook). Saute onions in butter. Add mushroom soup, Cheese Whiz, broccoli and rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole dish. Top with French fried onions. Heat in 350 degree oven until bubbly.
