CHICKEN/BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, pre-baked & cut into cubes (or microwave first)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli (or fresh, lightly boiled)
Durkee Fried Onions (1 can)

Mix chicken cubes, mushroom soup and broccoli in a 13" x 9" pan or casserole dish. Cover with Swiss cheese (layer if necessary). Sprinkle with fried onions. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour, or until top becomes crispy. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
