CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh
4 chicken breasts, cooked 20 minutes & boned
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Cook broccoli and drain; arrange in greased baking dish. Spread rice on top, spread cut up chicken on top.

Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until bubbly. This dish can be refrigerated and heated next day.
