BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. head broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
Garlic
Chopped parsley
2 c. bread crumbs
1 grated onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sharp cheese
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
Salt, pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sage

Cook broccoli until tender.

Cook together soups, cheese, chopped onion and mushrooms until cheese is melted. Add broccoli. Season to taste; garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, lemon juice. Place in a greased casserole dish.

Brown bread crumbs in 1/2 stick butter, add hot water to moisten to desired consistency. Cover broccoli mixture. Top with extra cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is brown and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
