BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli spears (cooked & drained)
2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter

Melt butter in large casserole dish. Mix Ritz and melted butter together. Cut Velveeta into chunks. Mix half of the cheese in the Ritz and butter. Add cooked broccoli. Mix together. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
