EASY AND DELICIOUS CRUMB CAKE 
CAKE:

1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.

Combine all ingredients for cake (in the order listed) and beat until smooth. Pour into greased pan. Mix all ingredients for Crumb Topping (below) and sprinkle evenly over batter.

Bake for 25-35 minutes.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/4 lb. butter
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients using fingers and knife.

After baking, sprinkle top of cake with confectioners' sugar.

Super easy and delicious! I doubled the cinnamon on the topping and used a knife to cut it in. Everyone loved it but next time I think I'll get the topping mixed in with the cake more. This is my new favorite!
