BROCCOLI - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears, thawed & drained
1 lg. onion
3/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
3 eggs
Bread crumbs
Velveeta cheese

Cut up broccoli and place in casserole dish. In medium saucepan, saute butter and onion. Add flour, grated cheese and water. Stir and then bring to a boil. Pour mixture over broccoli. Beat eggs and pour over cheese sauce. (Do not mix.) Pour an even coat of bread crumbs over egg and top with Velveeta cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
