CHICKEN AND BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 small box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice, cooked
1 can French-style green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 small jar pimento
chicken broth (use what chicken was cooked in)

Mix together; use only enough broth to make moist.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
