MANICOTTI AND CHEESE FILLING 
SHELLS:

4 eggs
1 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Mix like pancakes. Batter should be on the thin side. Fry in electric frying pan or griddle (the shells should be approximately 5" in diameter). Cool before filling.

FILLING:

1 sm. container Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
Parsley
Romano cheese (to taste)
Sugar (to taste)
Milk (use to thin mixture)

Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Fill shells/pancakes with cheese mixture. Line baking pan with tomato sauce, add manicotti and cover with sauce and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
