CHEESY MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (1 lb.) box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

In non-stick saucepan, heat the following (but do not boil), stirring constantly.

SAUCE:

2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (save 1/4 for topping casserole)
1/2 stick butter

Place macaroni in casserole dish. Pour hot cheese sauce over macaroni. Stir, sprinkle reserved cheese on top and bake in microwave or conventional oven until hot and bubbly and cheese is brown. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
