BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
2/3 c. diced onions 2/3 c. diced celery 2-3 tbsp. salad oil 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 3-4 c. fresh 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 soup can milk 1 c. water 1 c. Minute Rice 1 can cheese soup Paprika Saute onions and celery in oil. Add thawed and fresh broccoli, steam over low heat for 10 minutes. Add soup and water and milk. Add rice and cheese. Bring to a boil, pour in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika for color. |
