BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. Minute Rice (raw)
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes. Butter 2 quart casserole dish. Place broccoli drained and thawed. Over broccoli, put rice, water, milk and onion sauteed in the stick of butter.

Slice in small pieces of Velveeta cheese. Place on top. Over this put can of mushroom soup (right from the can). Put in oven. Two minutes before done, crush onion rings on top. Finish cooking 2 minutes.
