4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. self rising flour
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients and pour in well buttered pie pans (2). You do not make a crust for this pie. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. As you put in the oven, if you don't say it, you will think it. Impossible.
