IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
Need 10 inch greased pie plate.

6 c. sliced apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. soft butter

BLENDED INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. milk

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Toss fruit with spices, spread in pie pan. Blend eggs, sugar, mix and liquid for 15 seconds on HIGH in blender or 1 minute on high with electric mixer. Pour over fruit. Mix streusel with fingers. Spread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
