SUGAR-FREE IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH
APPLE PIE
 
7 c. sliced apples
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
12 oz. can frozen apple juice concentrate (sugar-free)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Mix apples and spices in baking pan; sprinkle lightly with salt. Combine remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour over apples. Melt butter and pour over apples. Cover with streusel.

Bake in 325°F oven for 55 to 60 minutes.

Streusel:

1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. brown Sweet 'N Low
3 tbsp. soft butter

Mix until crumbly.
