CHOCOLATE LAYER PIE 
1ST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Blend together. Add 1 stick of melted butter. Mix together fast and pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees 25 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip, mix and spread on cooled 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Mix together and beat in 3 cups cold milk until thick. Spread this over 2nd layer and top with rest of 9 ounce size Cool Whip. Grate Hershey bar and sprinkle over top of Cool Whip. Or small chocolate chips can be used. Best made a couple days ahead of use. Better and firmer. Cut into squares. Most any kind of pudding can be used.
