4 LAYER CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4-5 c. Cool or Dream Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

LAYER 1: Mix butter, flour, and nuts. Press into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Cook 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool completely.

LAYER 2: Beat until smooth the cream cheese, Cool or Dream Whip, and powdered sugar. Spread onto crust, layer evenly.

LAYER 3: Mix chocolate pudding and milk. Cook until smooth and thick. Cool. Spread over Layer 2 and spread evenly.

LAYER 4: Spread Cool Whip or Dream Whip over top of Layer 3. Garnish with nuts!
