CHOCOLATE LAYER PIE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. diced pecans

Mix and press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

2 c. Cool Whip
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Spread over cool crust.

3RD LAYER:

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk

Mix and spread over 2nd Layer.

4TH LAYER:

Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans or 2 cups shredded chocolate.
