FOUR LAYERED CHOCOLATE PIE 
CRUST:

3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together and press into 13x9-inch pan and bake approximately 15 minutes or until golden at 350°F. Cool. DO NOT OVERCOOK.

1ST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. (4 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix and spread on crust.

2ND LAYER:

4 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix and spread on cream cheese layer.

3RD LAYER:

4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix and spread on chocolate pudding.

4TH LAYER:

Spread on remaining (12 oz.) Cool Whip and sprinkle a few nuts on top. Chill and serve in squares.
