PORK CHOPS WITH STUFFING AND
GRAVY
 
4 loin pork chops
1-2 tsp. butter
3 c. soft bread cubes
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water

Brown pork chops on both sides in small amount of butter; drain well. Lightly mix next 5 ingredients; set aside. Place chops in a shallow baking dish (do not crowd chops). Place 1/4 of the stuffing on each chop. Combine soup and water; spoon over stuffing. Bake for 1 hour. (Cover lightly with foil for the first 30 minutes. DO not seal foil. Uncover for the remaining 30 minutes.
