MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Mix gently into 1 pound of crab meat. Form into cakes and saute 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serves 6.
