MARYLAND LUMP CRAB CAKES 
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Old Bay spice
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 egg
3 slices bread, broken in pieces
1 lb. crab meat

Mix mayonnaise, Old Bay spice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Add bread. Fold in crab meat. Mold mixture into patties. Place on buttered baking sheet. Bake in 500 degree oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown. May deep fry or pan fry also.
