CHINESE ASPARAGUS SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. asparagus
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
Sesame seeds

Cook asparagus for 3 minutes in boiling water. Blanch in cold water. Cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Add asparagus and chill.
