CREAMED EGGS AND ASPARAGUS 
1 can asparagus tips
6 eggs, hard boiled
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind

WHITE SAUCE:

Cook:

1 c. milk
1 c. asparagus juice
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste
Pinch of sugar

Slice eggs and layer with asparagus. Cover with sauce. Top with fine bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 325 to 350 degrees.
