1ST PLACE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Pour into a greased casserole. Combine melted butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over to. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Freezes well. Serves 12-15.
