CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine chicken, celery, rice and almonds. Combine soup, mayonnaise, onions, salt and pepper. Mix 2 combinations together. Place in flat casserole dish. Combine corn flakes with butter. Spread on top of casserole. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
