HUMMING BIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten well
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped bananas, not mashed

Combine ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil, stirring until moistened. Do not use electric mixer. Pour into bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until brown and springs back when touched.
