1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 diced bananas
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut flakes

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla well. Add sifted dry ingredients; mix well. Add fruit and mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350°F for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Do Not Use Mixer!
