3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook in tube pan. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes. In a large bowl sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon, add remaining ingredients and stir until mixed. Do not beat. Ice with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
