“EASY DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES” IS IN:

EASY DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
8 oz 70% cacao bittersweet chocolate
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 lg eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. confectioners' sugar

Heat oven to 350°F.

Line a 9-inch square baking pan with non-stick foil. set aside. Reserve 2 oz of cacao chocolate. Chop remaining 6 oz of chocolate and place in a large microwaveable bowl. Add butter to bowl. Microwave for 1 minute; stir. Microwave 30 seconds, stir until smooth.

Stir sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt into chocolate mix until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Chop remaining 2 oz chocolate, stir into batter. Pour evenly into pan.

Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.

Dust with confectioners' sugar.

Just made these lovely brownies. I've been looking for a recipe that would use my cacao bars. They have turn out beautiful. I followed the recipe, they are dense and lush.
