EASY DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES | |
8 oz 70% cacao bittersweet chocolate 2 sticks unsalted butter 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/4 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 4 lg eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. confectioners' sugar Heat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with non-stick foil. set aside. Reserve 2 oz of cacao chocolate. Chop remaining 6 oz of chocolate and place in a large microwaveable bowl. Add butter to bowl. Microwave for 1 minute; stir. Microwave 30 seconds, stir until smooth. Stir sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt into chocolate mix until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Chop remaining 2 oz chocolate, stir into batter. Pour evenly into pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
