CREAM CHEESE CUP CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers/graham crackers
Pie filling

Blend first 4 ingredients together until smooth, about 5 minutes. Place a vanilla wafer on the bottom of cup cake liner. Fill with the above mixture and bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. Put teaspoon of pie filling on the top of each.
