DODE'S LEMON CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello (dissolve, do not jell)
3 1/4 c. graham crackers or vanilla wafers (approx. 32)
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 can Pet milk, chilled 1 hour
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/2 c. sugar
12 oz. cream cheese, softened

Crush crackers, mix with butter and powdered sugar, save 1/4 crumbs for topping. Line 11"x13" pan for crust with crumbs. Whip chilled Pet milk and cream cheese (soft). Add flavoring and sugar. Fold all this into cooled Jello. Pour into crumb lined pan and top with 1/4 of crumbs and refrigerate. Happy eating.
