2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, sliced
3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
Flour tortillas
1 tomato, diced
Sour cream
Salsa
Top round steak, cut into strips
Grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Brandin' Iron Inn Jalapeno steak sauce

In a cast iron skillet, saute onions and garlic in butter until tender. Add meat, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and steak sauce. Cover. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Wrap flour tortillas in foil and heat in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve from skillet. Wrap 1 to 2 strips of meat in tortilla. Garnish with sour cream, cheese, tomatoes and salsa.
