TANGY FAJITAS 
1/2 c. sugar free lemon lime soda
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. lime juice
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
15 oz. round steak
6 flour tortillas
3/4 c. lo-cal sour cream
3/4 c. picante sauce
1 med. tomato, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped

Combine first 9 ingredients in glass container or zip lock bag and mix well. Add steak to marinate. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove steak and drain well. Grill or broil steak until cooked as desired. Cut diagonally into thin slices. Heat tortillas according to package instructions. Wrap tortilla around meat and top with 2 tablespoons each of sour cream, picante sauce, tomato and onion. Makes six fajitas.
