STIR FRY FAJITAS 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak or sirloin
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. oil
2 lg. tomatoes, seeded and cut into strips
1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
6 flour tortillas

Cut beef into bite size pieces or strips. Sprinkle with chili powder. Combine soy sauce and garlic; pour over beef. Cover; refrigerate at least one hour. Heat oil over medium high heat. Stir fry beef until no longer pink. Add tomatoes, chilies, onion and parsley. Stir until heated through. Serve on warm tortillas. Serve on the side; any or all of the following: guacamole, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, salsa, etc.
