FRUGAL GOURMET'S "NOT REALLY SPANISH RICE"
1 lb. hamburg 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice, uncooked 1 c. water 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 tbsp. chili powder Fry first three ingredients together in large pan. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle a little celery salt on, when done. Makes 4 large servings. Great served with cornbread.
